2000- As the Director of Safety and Compliance I was instrumental in changing a 150 unit trucking company's DOT safety rating from conditional to satisfactory. I designed and implemented a driver's manual, an orientation program, hours of service training program, and space cushion driving program. I put in place processes to monitor drug and alcohol compliance, driver qualification compliance, hours of service compliance, and equipment maintenance compliance. An in house Safety Compliance Audit was conducted in February of 2001 and resulted in a rating change from conditional to satisfactory. 

2003- An in house Safety Compliance Audit was conducted on the same company mentioned above. The number of power units had increased to 190. The audit resulted in a continued Safety rating of Satisfactory. 

2005-  Consultant for a six unit company while DOT was conducting an in house safety compliance audit. The company received a satisfactory rating. 

2006- Consultant for 18 unit trucking company that had a conditional rating. An in house Safety Compliance Audit was completed and the company received a satisfactory rating. 

2007- Consultant for 19 unit tanker trucking company that had a conditional rating. I completed a mock audit on the company. Base on my findings. I composed a letter with supporting documents to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requesting their rating be changed. The rating was changed to satisfactory. 

          Consultant for 17 unit trucking company that had a conditional rating, improved their rating to Satisfactory. 

2010- Consultant for 17 unit trucking company, DOT conducted an in house safety compliance audit, rating went from conditional to Satisfactory. 

2011- Consultant for 17 unit trucking company, DOT conducted an in house safety compliance audit and company received a Satisfactory rating. 

2013- Consultant for 15 unit trucking company, DOT conducted an in house safety compliance audit and company received a Satisfactory rating. 

2014- Consultant for 9 unit trucking company, DOT conducted an in house safety compliance audit and company received a Satisfactory rating. 

2015- Consultant for 4 unit trucking company, DOT conducted an in house safety compliance audit and company received a Satisfactory rating. 

          Consultant for 2 unit trucking company, DOT conducted new entry audit, passed new entry requirements. 

2016- Consultant for 2 unit trucking company, DOT conducted new entry audit, passed new entry requirements. 

2017- Consultant for 3 unit trucking company, DOT conducted new entry audit, passed new entry requirements. 

          Consultant for 3 unit trucking company, DOT conducted new entry audit, passed new entry requirements. 

2018- Consultant for 47 unit trucking company, DOT conducted a compliance review, review was satisfactorily passed.
